We will normally be able to submit this type of application within one week of instructing us if all the documents required are complete at the time of instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Our Fee for Lodging Appeal against ALL Entry Clearance Officer Refusal of visa
Stage 1. Our fee for Advice and assistance, review of decision and lodging an appeal to the Immigration tribunal £1000. This work also covers discussing reasons for refusal and advise on potential grounds for appeal
Stage 2
Our fee is from £2500 covering Preparing witness statements, paginated and indexed hearing bundle, reviewing of home office decisions, preparation and Service of bundle to all relevant parties, Liaising with the court (the first -tier tribunal) after the filing of the appeal where necessary, Assessing the Home Office Bundle (also known as Respondent’s bundle) consideration of review of the application by the Entry Clearance Manager (ECM) as a result of the appeal, instructing counsel and preparation of brief for counsel where necessary. Regular update regarding your matter excluding all disbursements or fees for solicitor or counsel to attend tribunal hearings and preparation of Skeleton Argument for the appeal.
