Cost for Immigration matters

Who will Carry out your Work?

Range of Fees 

Generally, we do agreed/fixed fees which are competitive and better for clients.

Our fees are dependent on

The amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider.

  • Which language(s) you speak
  • Whether you are applying with other dependants

If you are able to provide sufficient evidence at our first meeting and clearly meet the applicable Immigration Rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of this range.

The work will involve:

  • discussing your circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application for you to make and what other options may be available to you;
  • giving you advice about the requirements of the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria.
  • if you do not satisfy certain criteria, whether this can be overcome and how to deal with it
  • considering the supporting evidence, you have provided, which we anticipate will take hours
  • where necessary, helping you obtain further evidence (such as medical records and bank statements), including taking statements of any witnesses;
  • preparing your application and submitting it on your behalf, which we anticipate will take some time depending on your requirements;
  • Home Office interview: if the Home Office ask you to attend an interview, we will give you a clear advice (and discuss the possibility of us attending with you) at the appropriate time.
  • giving you advice about the outcome of the application and any further steps you need to take.

Further note that the amount of hours for your work depends on the number of documents, whether they need to be translated, whether anything is missing and how long it will take to obtain the missing documents Disbursements (not included in costs set out above):

Please note that Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as visa fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.

  • Interpreters fees if necessary. This kind of application will normally require between two hours or more with an interpreter, depending on the complexity of your case.
  • Independent expert reports e.g. medical experts. These are not required in many cases: we will let you know as soon as possible if we consider an expert report is necessary.
  • If there is an interview and we do attend with you, there will be additional disbursements in respect of our mileage/travel expenses.

Please note that the costs quoted here do not include:

  • Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
  • Advice and assistance where the Home Office refuse your application
  • Advice and assistance in relation to any appeal

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application or the success of your application. Read the current processing times.

We will normally be able to submit this type of application within one week of instructing us if all the documents required are complete at the time of instructing us, but we will let you know at the earliest opportunity if it is likely to take longer than this.

Please note the anticipated number of hours and fees are an estimate based on the facts above. All applications are likely to vary and of course, we can give you a more accurate estimate once we have more information about your specific case.

Generally, fees for our immigration matters depend on the application and what is required in the matter. If there is any reason whatsoever for a change in fees, we must communicate to you and agree before we can proceed.

Our Average fee Structure are all exclusive of Vat and disbursements

      1. Immigration Fees

Naturalization or Registration as a British Citizen

Average fee £1000, on average it takes about 10 hours of work to complete.

  • Applications for Family members such as Spouse Visa, dependant adult relative, dependent children, Long residence Visa, Discretionary application.

Average fee of £3000, on average, it takes 25 hours of work to complete

  • EEA Family Applications

Average fee £1500, on average it takes 18 hours of work to complete. A further £500 fee applies for each additional family member included in the EEA application.

  • Visitor’s Visa-All types including family/ tourists.

Average fee £1500, on average it takes about 20 hours of work to complete

Indefinite Leave Applications

Average fee £2500, on average it takes about 20 hours of work to complete. Ancestry Visa

Average fee £2000, on average it takes about 20 hours of work to complete

2. Business Visas

Advice and application up to endorsement excluding preparation of proposal-£3850

On average it takes about 40 hours of work to complete. Advice and representation on entry clearance application only for main applicant-£2500, each dependant £1000.

.Global Talent Visa

Advice and application. On average it takes about 15 hours of work to complete. Advice and representation on entry clearance application only for main applicant-£2500, each dependant £1000.

. Global Business Mobility (UK expansion worker visa)

Advice and assistance excluding preparation of proposal-£5500

On average it takes about 40 hours of work to complete. Advice and representation on entry clearance application only for main applicant-£2500, each dependant £1000.

  • High Potential Impact Visa 

Average fee £2500, on average it takes about 30 hours of work to complete

  • Points based System

Average fee £3500, on average it takes about 25 hours of work to complete.Each dependant £1000

            3. Tribunal/ Court Representations

Our Fee for Lodging Appeal against ALL Entry Clearance Officer Refusal of visa 

Stage 1. Our fee for Advice and assistance, review of decision and lodging an appeal to the Immigration tribunal £1000. This work also covers discussing reasons for refusal and advise on potential grounds for appeal

  • Advising on chances of success in the appeal, Perusing all paper work relating to the application
  • Drafting grounds of appeal and advising on documents required to support the notice of appeal, 
  • Completing the relevant appeal form to submit the appeal form, the grounds of appeal and the supporting documents to the First Tier Tribunal

Stage 2

Our fee is from £2500 covering  Preparing witness statements, paginated and indexed hearing bundle, reviewing of home office decisions, preparation and Service of bundle to all relevant parties, Liaising with the court (the first -tier tribunal) after the filing of the appeal where necessary, Assessing the Home Office Bundle (also known as Respondent’s bundle) consideration of review of the application by the Entry Clearance Manager (ECM) as a result of the appeal, instructing counsel and preparation of brief for counsel where necessary. Regular update regarding your matter excluding all disbursements or fees for solicitor or counsel to attend tribunal hearings and preparation of Skeleton Argument for the appeal.

The work does not cover

  • Any further appeal such as to the Upper Tribunal or High Court  if the initial appeal to the First tier Tribunal was unsuccessful. Please also note that Notice of appeal fee or Counsel’s or solicitor’s fee for tribunal hearing attendance must be paid separately.
  • JUDICIAL REVIEWS (JRS) IN THE UPPER TRIBUNAL

-Pre-Action Protocol for Judicial Review

Our average fee is £750

-Advice an assistance, review and lodging permission for JR at the Immigration Upper Tribunal

Our average fee is £2000

-If permission is granted, lodging a JR, Our average fee for lodging a JR application is £2500
